Zen Martial Arts is the perfect place for both kids and adults to destress, and learn self-defense techniques in ways that suit every individual's learning style!
It’s also the cutest little studio with a homework station, a cozy little nook and a zen room.
They care so much of all kids and adults that walk into their studio and treat every one with respect.
The studio and staff are so welcoming and I love that my kids have am extended community at Zen that is safe and fun!
Their Karate sessions are engaging, the location is large, clean, and so conveniently located to Irvine schools.
She takes training very seriously and always wants everyone there to be their absolute best.
