Hana is a fantastic teacher covering beginner to advanced classes and able to fluidly adjust depending on class size and participant capabilities.
About a month ago she started aerial classes, I promised I would come but got scared and skipped, on my next trapeze class she gently called me out and again assured me I could do it.
Hana guides the class and tweaks it to ensure everyone is having an optimal experience.
