There is something for everyone to transform their health no matter your age or level of familiarity or experience to yoga, saunas, or cold plunges!
For new/potential clients: you might need to take the posted temps and experience levels with a grain of salt, but don't let it deter you from giving hot yoga or this studio a few tries.
I just signed up for the monthly unlimited cold plunge and infrared sauna for $49 because its an amazing deal and the benefits of the cold plunge and sauna are endless.
