Beautiful space, wonderful classes, and amazing people.
I came in about a year ago as a beginner, and now I found my stress and flexibility have noticeably improved.
They offer every kind of yoga class you’d want, plus they are one of the only studios that has hot yoga available in Central NJ.
I had hoped she'd be just as nice because I had already decided from the first encounter that that was the place for me, and I was not disappointed when i met Zachy.
