The 200HR YTT can be broken down this year. The first 150 hours are all the Yogic tools and are geared toward building your own personal well of skills and techniques for embodied living. We study history, philosophy, and anatomy. We learn asana, meditation and pranayama - all of which helps us connect better, to. ..well, everything. You can just do the 150 hours. If you are interested in actually Teaching Yoga, then the last 50 hours will cover that. So 150 + 50 = 200. This year you choose.

The space, the vibe, the people (the instructors are very nice and from the first time make you feel like you've been there forever)...
Remarkable owners, wonderful teachers, beautiful space, and a variety of classes that are perfect for any level of experience.
Best experience I ever had, I’m a beginner in Yoga and I felt super confident and it definitely help to my lower back….
This studio was my introduction to the world of yoga.
Their clear guidance helped me to be aware of my form and be intentional with my movement.
The location in Montclair is amazing as well.
On top of trying out different classes, my husband and I did a partner workshop.
As a dude who isn't a "practitioner" of yoga, my wife asked me to attend a workshop with her.
Just finished a fantastic class with Donna, but what I loved about the studio is the community, the friendliness and welcome and sense of humor at this studio!
The classes are dynamic and help me understand the deeper philophy of yoga in a more relatable way.
