I wanted to change things up in my personal practice and to do that, I wanted to try a new studio and different teachers.
Excellent yoga studio and massage retreat that I would recommend to anyone who lives or is visiting the area.
The instructors are very knowledgeable and supportive; always ready with a helpful correction on an unfamiliar pose.

Yoga Cure is an amazing studio that is always offering something new and different for their clients.
An added bonus, I have met the most amazing people attending classes at this studio.
I attended a Key West retreat with Debbie where we not only did vinyasa in the mornings and restorative yoga at night, we were treated to sound baths, delicious food, fresh daily celery and beet/carrot juices, and so many fun activities like paddle-boarding and hiking.

The place is so neat and clean, the vibe is so good there, my husband and I honestly enjoy our Yoga Classes there.
