X-Fit Boxing
As a recruit for the New Jersey State Police I've sought out guidance for boxing as it is a requirement for the academy. Doing research for boxing lessons, I came across x-fit boxing which caught my attention as one of the only one-on-one training gyms in the area. In just the first tutorial class which the owner, Ahmik Bryant, offers; he showed me simple combos. Also, in the tutorial class I realized the type of humble and well educated man I would be learning this craft under. I have never felt so prepared for something in my life as I will be taking on one of the hardest police academies in the country. Ahmik is a coach that genuinely wants all his clients to succeed both in boxing as well as in life. He teaches this to his clients by reminding them that boxing is 90% mental.
