Our daughter is generally laid back and rather chill with a book, and she has been able to jump into classes here, be challenged, and have a good time.

Instructors gave me so much attention and helped me progress with the new techniques as I’m just a beginner.

I was initially just looking for a gym downtown that offered beginner level Muay Thai classes, as I had an experience at another gym where I felt like I was lacking that focus on fundamentals, but I didn’t realize just how great Workshop would be.

All coaches, Gianna, Jin, Rich, Jackson, Chris are clearly well versed in coaching all levels of Muay Thai and BJJ.
