I got through the class just fine (a little wobbly) but the instructor was so helpful.
I love that they offer family yoga and lots of different options.

I was very our of practice and she made me feel comfortable and welcome and took her time with the poses so I could follow.
I like the infrared much better - my muscles were warm so I could get deeper into postures, but I did not feel dehydrated from a crazy amount of sweat.
I previously had done hot-yoga regularly, but had not found a place since moving to Colorado - and have been out of practice for 4 years.
I’ve been going to classes here for over a year and have never been disappointed!
I ended up being the only one in class tonight, so I was fortunate enough to have a one on one yoga session with Daisy!
