I'd never been on a Reformer before (just tried mat Pilates in the past), so I decided to try a class here about nine months ago, because it was closest to me.
This year I've moved away from lifting heavy weights at the community center to more pilates three or more days a week, often doubling up a morning workout with an evening pilates class or vice versa.
