Westminster ATA Karate For Kids
My 4 year old son has always been a little shy and slow to get comfortable around kids his age. Knowing school was approaching I wanted him to gain more self-confidence so I enrolled him in karate classes. He was shy and unresponsive to the staff in the first few lessons. The instructors at ATA We Kick adapted their lessons to be more interactive and within a few more lessons he was comfortable around his classmates and opened up his shell! The staff is great and gives a welcoming feel that every great business should! Now I don't feel nervous hearing about my son's day at school, instead, he is focused and always tells me about his friends at school!

Back up and teaching again
- Parents watching classes were often disruptive and I was disappointed that the instructors didn't maintain a good environment around the class.
Classes provide a variety of activities such as sparring, weapons practice, form work, "xtreme" weapons and forms, and combat weapons.
We've been part of this studio for the past 2 and a half years, my kid has been hooked up from when he was 4.
They have changed my entire family's lives for the better with not only our health but with our bonding as well.
In addition to learning some great self-defense skills he is gaining self-confidence and discipline.
It was a great bonding experience and as we both became better, it became even more fun and competitive.
The combination of learning and putting into practice the values of mental and physical training has helped me to achieve things I never dreamed to be possible in my life.
