Fun and a challenge
The teachers are quality and I really like when they cue alignment and use sanskrit.
The class is dynamic & they emphasize the process is not to get the pose 100% but to try your 100%
I’m looking forward to coming back into my practice after a challenging 2 years off due to Covid lockdown and a terrible sciatica injury that rendered me under temporary paralysis for nearly 5 months.
They offer indoor and outdoor classes on the marina, while offering a diversity of options from the traditional Bikram practice, yin, stretch, Pilates, weight and band enhanced classes and occasional workshops!
West coast sweat has become my happy place, prior to joining I had struggled to find exercise that I enjoyed and looked forward to and the instructors and classes are so wonderful it motivates me to come back.
Instructor was very good, understood and supported all levels.
I leave encouraged and proud when I am finally able to improve upon a pose.
Every teacher offers a different class experience but they all have the core values of providing a space that is fun, challenging, rewarding and accepting of your personal body and energy that day.
I just completed a 21 day challenge and I committed to 5 classes per week for three weeks.
