The 60 minute Bikram class moves fast, fitting in each posture twice, but I like how it makes the time go by and I feel I get the most out of the session.
They offer indoor and outdoor classes on the marina, while offering a diversity of options from the traditional Bikram practice, yin, stretch, Pilates, weight and band enhanced classes and occasional workshops!
The class is dynamic & they emphasize the process is not to get the pose 100% but to try your 100%
I’m looking forward to coming back into my practice after a challenging 2 years off due to Covid lockdown and a terrible sciatica injury that rendered me under temporary paralysis for nearly 5 months.
Fun and a challenge
The owner has done a wonderful job in communicating about classes and schedules during these stressful times.
It was my first time doing hot yoga; it was a rigorous workout but you’re able to go at your own pace.
Amazing instructors, space, and classes.
West coast sweat has become my happy place, prior to joining I had struggled to find exercise that I enjoyed and looked forward to and the instructors and classes are so wonderful it motivates me to come back.
This studio has supported me in the path to becoming my best self !
