I started attending Wendy Fit Yoga and Pilates about six months ago and it has been one of the best decision I have ever made in my life. I feel energized and have gained strength, confidence, and peace of mind. Before attending yoga and pilates, I felt constantly tired and my body felt like it was made out of glass ready to break at any moment. Now I feel so flexible, stronger, and full of energy. Unlike working out at the gym where I always dread going, I always look forward to yoga and pilates knowing that my body will be more challenged at yoga than at the gym. Wendy and her entire staff are the best people to work with. They are so friendly and provide expert advice on my yoga and pilates practice and life in general. Eric Johnston

I have three years in Plam Harbor and I traveled around for one great yoga place and I did not find.
I love going here, my instructor Hong is very detailed when giving instructions and is always really sweet to me and others.
If you haven’t tried Ariel yoga this is also an amazing place to try it.
I would continue classes but suddenly I moved to another state after the baby delivery.
Yin Yoga with Hong Truong was transformative.
My good friend, Kylee Nolan is a wonderful and kind instructor who will not only give you a great workout but leave you with a positive and loving experience of yoga.
Two sessions this week and I'm already feeling wonderful.
