We are passionate not only about Yoga, but also about the Vedic philosophies and sciences that accompany Yoga, including Ayurveda and Jyotish (Vedic Astrology). The deep incorporation and integration of these practices is what makes our space unique, and a very treasured part of the Salt Lake valley.

Wonderful oasis in the midst of Salr Lake City.
At first I went to the Kundalini class on Sunday mornings with Paramatma, then started Kalari and Gentle Ashtanga with Tim Lewis.
They have awesome handcrafted Ayurvedic oils and other cool lifestyle products.
My consultations with Tim have been very personalized and in depth for my current needs, I always feel very well taken care of!
