Rising to the rank of First Sergeant, Jesse was responsible for the physical fitness, health, and welfare of every Soldier in his organization. Retiring after 23 years of continuous service, Jesse directly impacted the health, welfare, physical fitness, and nutritional needs of thousands of Soldiers.
