
Mat yoga - pilates classes for adults and kids over 8 meet daily at 5:45 a.m., 11 a.m., 6:30 p.m. Monday through Thursday, and 7 a.m. Saturday - Sunday. Chair yoga classes meet daily Monday thru Thursday at 5:15 p.m. All timings are central time (Chicago time), & classes are one hour each in length. No classes on Fridays. T otal 18 classes per week / 72 classes per month as part of your monthly subscription.
