I have been going to Vive for years and I am absolutely amazed at the changes that I've seen not only with my body, but with my overall mentality. Yoga is now something I don't feel like I should do, I HAVE to do it, it's addicting. I love how everyone is at different levels in their practice, yet you never feel out of place, they offer modifications to poses for those who want to step it up or take it down a notch
