Though I was a bit intimidated to walk into this gym at first, I very quickly realized that I would learn a ton from Kerry and Greg, the very professional and extremely knowledgeable and kind owners.

They encourage you to do more than you thought possible by teaching about correct form and proper technique.

My boyfriend and I started going to Victor Kettlebell at the beginning of August in 2018 and knew from the very first class that we were going to love it there!

Greg and Kerry helped me to start working out again in a welcoming and safe environment, and they both are so accommodating with an individual's needs and I'd recommend victor kettle Bell and mma to anyone, both the young and old .

Between the kettlebell strength and conditioning and the kickboxing and BJJ instruction you cant ask for much more from a gym.

After 6 months of training I had a physical and my doctor knew immediately that something had changed just from the muscle mass in my back and shoulders.

Perhaps the most impressive thing to me is that the owners, Kerry and Greg, are educated and knowledgeable about strength training, mobility, nutrition, anatomy AND they live all of what they teach.
