Sentiment Analysis
She is a patient and very experienced instructor, makes the workout fun and has a great perspective on helping her students accept their own bodies and learn to listen to their bodies.
When she’s teaching or coaching you can be assured you’re getting a safe and productive workout.
Once class is underway she monitors students to see that exercises are properly executed while demonstrating modifications for students that require them.
She’s so good at addressing the specific concerns I have and creating a session that’s targeted and pushes as well.
My long time Pilates teacher Aubre Hill recently joined Vero Pilates in Long Beach so my LB friends you are very fortunate.
I've practiced group classes with Melissa and private reformer pilates sessions as well and she is an excellent instructor.
I’ve worked out with Melissa Williams for a number of years now and I love every minute of it!
It was gradual but every class is a win if you can move just a little better than the day before.
It’s great because the classes are small, 4 people per class which I love because you really feel seen and can follow the workout.
Vero Pilates has SO many 5 star reviews for SO many reasons - don’t hesitate to explore Pilates at Vero Pilates - your only regret will be that you didn’t start sooner!
