What an encounter it could of gone many ways truly humbling
The instructor (Chamica) is so nice and her voice is so calming she works with you.
I love how female-focused this studio is and how Chamica strives to celebrate her fellow woman!
I found her studio this year feeling not okay about me, I joined her classes and felt more than refreshed from yoga session, I felt confident about myself and I felt love for myself.
I will definitely return for more experiences at the Venus Wellness Boutique on my next trip to AZ.
