Stopped on a trip from Connecticut to Louisiana...
Sauna is amazing, wet sauna is another level!!!
The only place I’ll work out in Harrisonburg.
I enjoy the water aerobics classes.
Valley Fitness had a great setup of free weights, cardio machines, a pool, a sauna/hot tub, and a track.
I was down here in Harrisburg VA for work and the gym I go to doesn't have a franchise in this area.
