Students learn directly from Shifu Heng Chao and all students study the full Shaolin curriculum. This includes internal (Qi Gong and Tai Chi) and external training (Kung Fu, Qin Na and San Da). Heng Chao believes deeply in the benefits of the entire spectrum of Shaolin training.
