Highly recommend upstate CMA!
My son, Colt, has been attending karate here for a couple months now and loves it.
What the kids learn here, they take into their daily lives and I continue to see nothing but positives since coming here.
Ryan is great at teaching respect, karate to where they understand it but also allowing them to have a good time.
The kids love it can see a huge difference in discipline and they just get that stress out for sitting in a classroom every day.
Just my son's 3rd time but so far he loves it and so do we!
Awesome teaching from Ryan Peace and a great way to learn proper Muay Thai!
I joined CMA for their first jiu jitsu class and ever since that class I’ve loved being a part of the classes!
Have been to several gyms over the past couple of years and Ryan is truly the most passionate instructor I have experienced yet.
Our son loves it and looks forward to class every week.
