I commend the high quality instruction, peaceful studio, and ample easy parking.
(not many have mirrored studios) Love the personal attention, all instructors know my name when I come in, they follow up via text, offer several special sessions with different focuses.
I also did my YTT here and had a wonderful experience in both the rich curriculum and the supportive environment.
I've been practicing at Twist on an off for years, but pretty regularly in the past year.
This Yoga studio has everything, beautiful studio, friendly staff, all teachers are amazing.
After over 20-years of doing yoga on the regular, mostly at home by myself, it's a real treat to be part of a studio where I learn to correct old habits and try out postures I once told myself I could never do.
It’s low key, a beautiful space, they have wonderful instructors and innovative workshops.
