They switch up every class, so even if you do reformer pilates here you will not do the same exercises as last class!

True Definition is a welcoming, friendly, boutique style studio with dedicated, well-educated instructors who offer fun, challenging, semi-private classes that are sure to change your body!
Working with Toni was great, she is very knowledgeable and can work with clients whether they in poor or great shape, and no matter how experienced with Pilates they are.
I love taking both Pilates and Aerial and enjoy that I can go to one studio to get both!
