I have been lifting for a handful of years and have always wanted to compete in a bodybuilding show.
If you’re looking for a great coach I highly suggest reaching out to Coach Lou or his wife!
I love the positive atmosphere and the coaches are extremely knowledgeable on workouts and meal plans!
My daughter, my husband & I were all very impressed by Lou & Cass, they are always to supportive to help you reach your goals and take care of yourself.
He’s also such a wonderful human being who really cares about you and wants you to succeed both physically and mentally as well as in all areas of your life.
