I have gone to Neda for massages the past three years. She is amazing and I look forward to my visits with her monthly. I always come out so relaxed. I have just started with Neda as a personal trainer and this is just an added bonus. I was able to pick the areas I wanted to work on and after three sessions with her I am feeling remarkable. I am not a person that likes to do exercise, but I am now excited about reaching my goals in such a positive way. She is remarkable.

The front desk area sells a lot of cool stuff ranging from clothes, yoga equipment, oils, supplements, and stone jewelry and other cool stuff!
When I walked in, the environment was very welcoming and relaxing- it smelled amazing!
