I've been to countless studios but this one is one of THE BEST. Amazing instructors really help take your practice to the next level. These classes have amazing music, amazing energy, and I feel so energized yet relaxed afterwards! I was so sore my first week even though I'm not new to yoga or working out. I love that you get the added benefits of the infrared light too! Oh and just an added perk - most the classes have an epic sound track that really gets you flowing. So happy a friend introduced me to thrive!

Thrive is a welcoming and wonderful place to practice yoga!
They all play awesome music and have creative flows, I prefer their more challenging classes but they offer classes for any level you are at in your practice!
Great place friendly staff warm and welcoming- encouraging as well which creates inspiration- They meet you where you are so you dont have to be advanced to partake in a class where others are That makes a big difference because just showing up is more then half the battle- I would like to try some of the other services as well like infrared sauna and cold plunge- Great school with a promising future
The teachers are excellent and the hot studio is really nice.
From day one, I really love the classes, all of them bring something positive and different to my body and mind.
I am falling back in love with yoga again after taking a very long break thanks to the wonderful instructors and studio.
