Excellent studio with a variety of amazing teachers.
I used to do nothing but hot yoga which felt great, but I was constantly getting headaches from the dehydration, even when I pushed the fluids hard.
The style of classes tend to be slower and more restorative, which is great if you're looking for a healthy activity to de-stress!

I love third eye yoga great schedule the teachers are well trained and the studio is always very clean I go to Jordan's classes she is great
