The Yoga Shack

What moves me the most is their passion to create a safe and warm place for people to gather and practice, without any judgement!

I practice with them almost everyday and enjoy the wide variety of classes I am very grateful for the yoga, positive vibes, community, friendships, fun and laughter

Coming from years of loving yoga I was ecsatic to have found this amazing studio on groupon (which is an amazing deal if you just want to check the place out).

This was my first time doing yoga with The Yoga Shack at their outdoor wellness retreat.

I would definitely recommend checking them out at the yoga shack for yoga classes and keeping and eye out for upcoming retreats!

I did a lot of research before joining and everything about The Shack has lived up to my expectations.

While it was happening I didn’t think I was getting the full effect because I could visualize what they were asking me to focus on and I kept forgetting to do the breathing.

ALL of the teachers are embracing of every student and do a fantastic job of guiding, helping with modifications, and pushing you out of your comfort zone in all of the right ways.

From Cindy’s delicious home cooked meals, to wonderful yoga classes, reiki, medication, and a beautiful hike.
