Our Krav Maga program is a complete self-defense system and fitness program, not a Martial Art . Krav Maga was developed and adopted for combat; used by the Isreali Defense Forces, Militaries and Law Enforcement agencies worldwide. Known for its instinctual, natural movement, Krav Maga is a brutal and efficient system of self defense. We are an affiliate school with the United States Krav Maga Association.
