I've been coming to The Studio Pilates for nearly 5 months & I definitely recommend to anyone looking for a challenging but low impact workout.
Plenty of free parking nearby with two lots behind and street parking out front, I have never had an issue finding a spot, which isn’t always the case in Atlanta.
I started as a newbie at reformer Pilates, and the level 1 signature class with Ranna was the perfect amount of supportive and challenging.
The instructors are knowledgeable and truly care, asking students if they have injuries, offering modifications and adjusting workouts to better suit the classes needs.
She gave detail information of the history of Pilates and safety tips that will help throughout my Pilates journey.
If you're taking Pilates for the first time like I was, I'd 100% recommend taking their intro classes.
The Studio Pilates was a major part of my prenatal and postnatal journey.
