These guys are just simply amazing people and I'm glad I found their studio.
Drink lots of water beforehand and prepare to be erased of any anxiety or stress.
I Just have a deep tissue with Kelvin from Virgin Island And I can't not recommend him enough you have to believe your experience by your own
The yoga class and the instructor were incredible.
Class was challenging but I didn’t feel too intimidated.
Did the Sunday Vinyasa flow with Jeff, absolutely loved the class and can't wait to go back!
