One day my boyfriend comes home telling me he suddenly gets to go to The Studio unlimited and for free!

The dance classes have increased my mental clarity and cleared my mom brain fog noticeably, every single instructor has pushed me in a supportive and encouraging way to do more than I thought I was capable of in the weight lifting classes, AND I feel comfortable and confident, leaving my kids in the child care which they are excited about every single time.

I have practiced all over SW MO for the past decade+, in which I am SO grateful & proud of our entire community---That said, the past 4+ years at The Studio have been such a blast & healthy challenge for me.

The philosophy that centers on healing the body, mind, and spirit resonates deeply, creating a holistic approach to well-being that goes beyond mere appearances.

It’s so much more than a workout and the instructors really care about each and every one of us.

Such a great variety of classes and wonderful community of supportive people.

All the instructors are incredibly amazing and talented.

I’ve never been a part of a gym or group of fitness loving people that are so inclusive, fun, and so wholly themselves.

The focus of the classes is to have fun, celebrate your body, and feel good instead of looking a certain way or burning calories.

So many different types of classes, wonderful instructors, and just a complete overall feeling of support from everyone.
