Tesitmonial WrIyengar yoga (and the stellar Iyengar yoga instructors! ) at the St Paul Yoga Center is a top reason for me to feel grounded, peaceful and healthy on a day to day basis. The instructors are consistently fantastic at what they do. I constantly think to myself after their 90 minute classes that health insurance should absolutely be covering this. For me personally, it is a method of healing (and maintenance of health) which uses both movement and absence of movement (stillness), strength, and balance to impart wellness into my life at an exponential level.
