I cannot say enough good things about this gym and the owner Amy. I joined this gym a year ago and it was one of the best decisions I could have made. I was going through a really hard time and was looking for a place to find myself and get fit. A no judge safe haven and I found it! The gym itself is always super clean and does not have that "gym" smell. It is a small-town gym with all the equipment you need. Always a plus! The staff is so friendly and helpful. They always greet me with a smile (even when I forget my entrance key. ...often). The other members are supportive and kind as well. However the owner, Amy, has been life changing for me. I am impressed by the quality of this gym and consider joining it in the future.
The equipment isn't modern but it's in good condition & serviceable.
After browsing some local gyms, I selected S Club because of the 24/7 convenience, the facility cleanliness, overall privacy, and the lovely smell of fresh bread (shares a wall with Subway).
Upon joining I spoke with the owner and she took time out of her day to walk me through how to use every piece of equipment in the gym.
I recommend The S Club Gym, not only because it is a great family atmosphere gym where you can get a good workout in, but because the owner is simply wonderful.

Bathrooms could be nicer but I already said its "no frills".
