The Long Island Center for Yoga is what a Yoga Sanctuary is supposed to be. The staff of teachers are outstanding and the learning on all levels of health, mentally, emotionally and physically have helped me to grow as a person and the community of people involved are a class sacred. Thank you Jacqueline Morrison and the staff for all that you do.

This studio and the community that attends it is warm and accepting.
The meditation classes have helped me to relax and discover a peace that I have never known.
Having been a student of hers in all of these capacities, I can say that she has helped me navigate through challenging times, learn and grow in ways that I never could have imagined, and understand that the place to seek peace is actually within.
Since I travel to Florida to visit family often, I can still do classes on Zoom or if my schedule gets hectic & I don’t do classes for several weeks, it’s fine.
There is a strong sense of empathy, safety and grace that bonds this community together from the moment you walk in.
I highly recommend anyone interested in yoga and meditation classes to come to The Long Island Center for Yoga.

The Teachers are professional and help me feel as if I’m at home.
