Incredible group of coaches and staff who have built a great mat family. When I first joined, I signed up for a two-week trial. I was so nervous, I asked my husband to accompany me until I felt comfortable enough to go on my own. I ended up signing up for a membership by the end of my first class and told my husband I didn't need him to come with me anymore. Of course, he fell in love too and joined me instantly. Everyone, from the coaches to the other students, were so welcoming I instantly felt like it was a safe space. We have made great progress, physically and in my confidence, along with great friends in the short 6 months since we joined.

They greet you with care, and the coaches are really something else, they are well trained and have a very clear and professional way of articulating and explaining the drills.
