During the pandemic, I started taking pole classes for the first time as a way to move my body joyfully and challenge myself with something that I always found so beautiful and captivating.
I just got back from my first pole class ever and had such a good experience.
Incredible community of open minded, kind, intelligent and empathetic people who whether they're teachers or students absolutely love the healing modality of pole dancing.
This place is absolutely fantastic.
