I Tired a couple Gyms and when I came here realized Rey Garcia was the Real deal I knew this guy was Legit He seemed like the OG amongst then other trainers
The kids class is perfect to show the kids discipline and confidence, and the adult class is awesome.

Sifu Rey Garcia doesn’t teach anything that isn’t practical and has an incredible knowledge base.
Its practical, effective, and pushes you to learn more.
Sifu Rey is great, knows every little detail of the art, is very practical and is an excellent trainer.
Excellent Training, I Always leave satisfied and accomplished.
He combines traditional teaching methods, structure, discipline, humor, physical sparing and conditioning to create a great teaching experience and workout for young kids.
I was also informed verbally and on the contract that he needs a 30 day notice of when you are going to cancel, but I haven't cancelled because it's been great for my son to get away from the i Pad, TV, and video games and learn about self-defense in a more hands-on approach.
