I have been attending Synergy yoga for at least eight years now. Synergy is my home studio. I live in Barrington. I am so grateful to have such an amazing place to practice literally within walking distance of my home, but would travel many miles to get to practice with the amazing yoginis who guide us through the power flow of asanas at synergy. The community is loving and welcoming, and the teachers are mindful, caring, aware, and committed to the students. I happen to love a crowded studio, it helps to humble me, and I love the energy of the beings around me, like an immersion!

I never feel any judgement or competition from teachers or students— everyone is in their own flow and teachers encourage freestyle movements or support taking breaks when needed.
Great yoga studio
Alyssa has amazing energy and teaches an awesome 90-minute power class for those looking for a challenging workout at any level!
