She created such a warm and inviting space and I was able to be so gentle with myself as she was with everyone in her class today.
Such a lovely and warm environment, I have really enjoyed every class I’ve taken and loved each instructor and their own unique style they’ve brought to each class.

Amazing teachers and community
All levels are made to feel welcome, and the special programming throughout the month makes this my studio of choice.
When i signed up for the class, i did not get any instructions to bring my own mat but they did let me use one for 2 bucks.
