One of the best classes I have taken!
We had a 7:00 am session for a bachelorette and she made us feel so at peace and connected.
The studio space of full length, wall to wall windows with an incredible chandelier as a focal point welcomed you to join her for a session.
At the end of the class, I felt physically and mentally better, as well as emotionally fulfilled.
Definitely add on the sound bath, it was truly everyone’s favorite part of the trip!
