Really fun class with great people

Parking was easily accessible and the class was informative and timely.

If you haven't tried NIA dance, I recommend it for those who want to dance, move, and feel connected to your body in a guided but not rigid environment.

It is one of my favorite places to be because I always feel so good after moving in this beautiful space.

I have had the pleasure of dancing with this cool community of folks for 10 years, and am so happy that there is a such a beautiful space to dance, move and connect with other folks interested in wholistic health who inspire and support one another along the fun way!

I have been attending Sahira‘s Wednesday night belly dance classes for the past four years and it has absolutely changed my life!

She includes all levels in her classes with instructions from the beginning for those just started to hoop and more difficult tricks for those who have some experience hooping.

Doesn't matter who you are, how you look, if you can dance or not, it's just fun and fulfilling!

Classes are scheduled at convenient times and the classrooms are very clean and spacious.

FYI: I've based my opinion on only the classes I have attended, which are Bhangra Indian Dance, Belly-Dance and Nia with instructor Cambrey (there are many Nia teachers there).
