Great place, plenty of equipment,clean,great price
Unfortunately, if you want to tryout the gym as a new member you have to pay for a $15 day pass and the Wi Fi is so slow it's unusable.
In fact, when I joined while at the tail end of recovering from an injury, the young lady working that day even took me around to show me some machines I could use while still recovering.
All the staff are very friendly.
No waiting for machines, as there are several of the the same type of machines to choose from.
The staff is friendly and sweet the best gym I have ever been to
Love this place, great equipment, friendly atmosphere, great staff and cleaning but the only thing i don’t like that recently it hasn’t been open 24/7 recently, just hoping it becomes open 24/7 soon

I’ve been to a number of gyms in the area, and nothing comes close to the value, cleanliness, customer service, and equipment availability of Spunk Fitness in Golden Ring.
I requested help she didn't even move, like she didn't care, I bet they are not customer oriented people.
