Spirit of the Lake Yoga & Wellness Center

Our studio is a simple, cozy, and welcoming space. Classes and events are usually limited to 10-15 students and always require a reservation. Our classes are not standardized, they are personal. Each teacher has a different perspective. Our studio has no mirrors to distract you. We encourage students to feel their way through practice with the guidance of the instructor and without being tempted to compare or self-criticize. Build the mind, body, spirit connection. We do have mats, blocks, straps, bolsters, and blankets for you to use in the studio, but having your own yoga mat is highly recommended. Our virtual classes are live, not recorded, and offer a great opportunity to practice in community, but from the comfort of your home or wherever else you may be.
