Peaking out around the cloth to find a room full of smiles, laughs, great exemplars to model really was what I was searching for to steadily bring some flow back to my bones and muscles, to rebuild muscle memory, to interact w/ others w/out anxiety, to make real choices to be like water…to be movement.
I felt welcome immediately and found both Yoga with Horses and Sound Healing to be powerful and effective avenues to releasing trauma and chronic stress.
Her classes build not only your strength and flexibility but your courage and confidence!
Aerial yoga is great for athletes core, balance, upper body strength, increase flexibility and the list goes on and on!
