Spark Pilates Studio
I joined SPARK Studio in August of 2022 and have been hooked eversince! At the time, I was searching to get involved with a fitness community and my pal Betsy mentioned how much she loved going to Ari's Pilates classes. It seemed intimidating to join a Pilates studio (I had never used any Pilates equipment before! ) but Ari made me feel at ease immediately and everyone in the studio gave me the warmest welcome. Ari has been a tremendous teacher who has helped me increase my strength, flexibility, and balance each week through constantencouragement and feedback. SPARK Studio is a Red Bank treasure and I encourage anyone who is interested in starting their Pilates journey to join this fun and inclusive community! - Katie Belcher

It's a great place for all levels.
They tailor to their clients and make each session a positive experience.
I can be having the worst day ever, bogged down with back pain and out of my mind grumpy, but as soon as I step into the studio, all of that evaporates and I leave feeling completely realigned, strong, and sore in the best way!
Ari is so encouraging & committed to meeting you where you are while encouraging you to trust your body to do more than you even though possible.
For 1:1 sessions, they tailor each session to my goals and abilities (and also how I am feeling that day), constantly pushing me to reach new heights I didn't know I could reach.
Not only do I leave my sessions with Ari feeling physically relieved and revitalized, but also more self-aware and empowered to make conscious improvements throughout my daily life.
But having Ari there to push me out of my comfort zone while simultaneously hyping me up, gives me the confidence to keep showing up.
As a pilates novice, I appreciate their small classes that allow for a lot of personalized feedback and guidance.
