Sheena creates such an inviting environment where everyone is welcome, even for a sometimer like me.
She offers modified poses for those with limited mobility/flexibility, and I really like that.
Sheena (the instructor) is wonderfully kind and has a knack for recognizing where a student may be struggling, deftly providing guidance and suggestions for modifications and/or alternatives so the student can work on a comfortable level.
